It has taken us a few weeks to make our VPS system completely automated.

What this means is from the sign up, order and setup processed is done without any admin interaction.

Orders are processed immediately upon payment, and the VPS installed in minutes.

Now we can work on expanding the network and maintaining the servers.

Hello,

We had a few issues with the billing system and vePortal communicating with each other.

vePortal wasn't correctly setting up the allocated resources and thus vePortal assumed there was no disk space / RAM allocated to the VPS.

We work hard with the software and developers to ensure that it will work and always improve.

All issues are now fixed and the setup process couldn't be easier!
